The march of the Asian Handball Federation had began when the Martyr Shaikh Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah head of the Kuwaiti delegation to the seventh Asian games, head of the Kuwaiti delegation.

4th Asian Men & Women Beach Handball Championship. A draw ceremony was held  at AHF Head Office - Kuwait on 17th March 2013.
